  • How do I get Alert & Respond?

    To ensure product features and support requirements are properly covered, agencies need to contract directly with Covia Labs.

    Agencies licensing Covia Labs’ Alert & Respond get all needed software as a simple download from Covia Labs’ servers, or in the case of the iPhone from Apple. In order to include a phone for a specific Operation, customer agencies must open an account on our Covia Server to activate Alert & Respond.
